- Use the 12” assembly for 5-6 ft. tall bags.
- Use the 18” assembly for 3-5 ft. tall bags.
- Use the 24” assembly for 2-3 ft. tall bags.
- Use the 36” assembly for 2-3 ft. tall bags.
NOTE: It is very important to use a swivel with the shock cord when used on double-end heavy bags. Failure to do so may damage the bottom strap on the heavy bag.
